Squats at home!


Doing squats is one of the best exercises for your body. Your leg muscles are the biggest muscles in your body. Which means that if you wanted to lose weight faster, it would make more sense to do squats than to work out any other muscle. Even for your arms, doing a push up does not work out all the muscles in your upper body, but a squat will need all your leg muscles to perform the movement. There are so many benefits to doing just squats!


Here are a few tips to help you improve your squats at home:


1. Always warm up first!

2. Watch your knees so they do not buckle in our out.

3. Posture!

4. Don't forget to breath. In when you go down and out when you come up!
