At home workouts? 🤔🤔




There are many videos going live on all social mediums for people to do home workouts because of COVID_19 aka Coronavirus.


The one problem we keep seeing is that a lot of these exercises are not focused on correcting any form and directing movement. Aside from that, most videos are not showing you how to properly warm up before getting starting. This video will help you warm up your shoulders for any upper body workouts you will be doing at home, or even at the gym once this pandemic is over. The shoulders are a very complex and you can develop pain from doing certain movements throughout time. This is the reason why you should always warm up before you doing any exercises. Doing burpees is NOT a warm up!


Many have been contacting us because they are doing these virtual workouts and suddenly are feeling discomfort and pain. As this trend will keep progressing, we want to make sure that you are taking the precautions necessary to be able to have a great virtual workout and not have any injuries once this pandemic is over.
